Q. How do purchase my order on the site?
To order your purchase :-
- Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
- Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
- You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
- You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
- From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
- Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
- After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
- Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?
Delivery usually will takes about 1-3 businesss days (Malaysia) & 5-7 business days (Singapore)
Q. Can I order your product and pay by installments?
Yes you can.
Q. How does the installment plan work?
A minimum deposit of RM20 is required for the order reservation with current promo price. Balance can be paid at anytime any amount by installments at your convenience, as long as there is a continuous payment made for your order in every 2 months to hold your order until full payment is made. Your order will be delivered after full payment is received.
Q. Is the deposit payment made refundable?
Deposit payment made to book for an order is non-refundable. Once deposit payment is made it means your order is 100% reserved with current promo/sale price. However, if you have any problem with your payment please don't hesitate to contact us. We will assist through and allow extension so that you can make your installment payments at a later date.
