Q1. Do I need to create an account?

 

You can browse through our website and add items to your shopping cart without creating an account, but to make any purchases you might need to fill in your details by providing your name, delivery address, email and phone number. You can click on the “Save My Details For Faster Checkout” for easy checkout in future. This makes shopping with us easier.

We’ll only send you email newsletters if you ask us to. We’ll never pass your details onto anyone else.

 

 

Q2. Can I register?

 

Yes, you may choose to register an account to track your order easily by clicking “REGISTER” on the TOP PANEL on our homepage. You are required to fill in your Name, Email, and Password and other details during registration.

 

 

Q3. How long does it normally takes to ship out my items once payment is made?

Item(s) will be delivered to your place the next 1 - 3 business days (Poslaju) upon processed by us. For International order, you will be receiving your order within 3 - 10 working day subjected to logistic efficiency and custom clearance.

 

  

Q3. How can I pay on your site?

 

We accept Visa, Mastercard Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Internet Banking Transfer via eGHL or Paypal payment gateway.

 

 

Q4. Do you accept manual payment method (i.e Cash bank-in, ATM bank in or any offline payment method)?

 

Yes. We do accept manual / offline payment. But all payment must be made within 24 hours from ordering time in order to secure the order. Failing to do so, the order will be automatically be cancelled. You will receive our bank account details once you have placed your order in our website.

After bank in, kindly email us the payment receipt at [email protected] and we will process your order accordingly. 

Besides Offline Payment, you can use credit card/ debit card via eGHL or paypal for your direct payment.

 

 

Q5. Can I cancel or amend my order?

 

We are unable to cancel or amend orders that have already been made. Should you need to amend any order before confirmation of payment, kindly email us at [email protected] to cancel your unpaid order and you might need to do alteration/ amendments on your order in your shopping cart.

 

 

Q6. Will I receive confirmation that my order is successful and on its way to me?

 

Once you have successfully submitted your order, you will receive an automated email confirming our order details. Your order will then be processed by our warehouse team and you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email when your order is dispatched for delivery.

Your dispatch confirmation email will contain details of how to track your parcel and your tracking number.

 

 

Q7. How can I track my parcel?

 

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, we’ll send you an email. This email will contain a tracking number and a link to our courier’s website to update you the current status of your delivery. Alternatively you can track parcels within My Account.

 

 

Q8. What should I do if my order isn’t delivered?

 

If your order has not been delivered within the timescales, please contact us at [email protected]

Please remember to include your order number in your email as this will help us speed up the search for your order.

We advise you to have someone at the delivery address to receive delivery and sign for the parcel. We shall not be responsible for delivery being received by unauthorized person. Any cost re-delivery will be passed to the customer if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.

 

 

Q9. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

 

  • Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.

 


Q10. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
  2. Click Submit.
  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
